A closer look at Kylie Jenner's sheer Ferragamo ensemble on the Met Gala carpet

Kylie Jenner made a striking solo entrance at the 2025 Met Gala, opting to attend without her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, despite rumors of a joint red carpet appearance.

 Instead, she posed with Maximilian Davis, the creative director of Ferragamo, who designed her stunning custom gown.

 The 27-year-old reality star dazzled in a black-and-gray corset dress featuring a sheer bodice, plunging neckline, and thigh-high slit, complemented by a dramatic black silk stole embellished with a jeweled rose brooch, mesh opera gloves, and diamond cuff earrings. 

Her sleek updo and glossy pink lips added a refined finish to her look. Aligning perfectly with the event's theme, "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," which honored Black fashion and dandyism, this marked Jenner's eighth appearance at the Met Gala since her debut in 2016. While Chalamet was absent from the event, he was reportedly enjoying a basketball game with friends.
