Jan Ravnik, a dancer who was once part of Taylor Swift’s crew on her Eras Tour, has revealed his joy after successfully buying his own home in the United States.
Ravnik, 31, a Slovenian citizen, shared photos of the house on social media while explaining his journey of several years since he moved to the U.S. with only $1,200—equivalent to TSh 3,174,000—in his account.
In his message, Ravnik said the milestone is one of his greatest achievements after going through various challenges and working hard to build his life in the country.
“Today I can say with pride… I am a homeowner,” Ravnik wrote, followed by happy and love emojis.
He explained that when he moved to the U.S. less than 10 years ago, he had little money, and his big goal was to work hard and prove that he was capable of continuing to live and work in the industry.
Ravnik also said his journey was not easy, noting that it involved many sacrifices, challenges and ups and downs before he reached that point.
The photos he shared show him inside the new house, with one showing him sitting on the fireplace area with a big smile on his face. Another photo shows an interior section with circular wall features and tiled flooring.
In another photo, Ravnik was seen holding the keys to his house while his eyes appeared to hold tears of joy.
Beyond that success, Jan Ravnik is best known to music fans as one of the dancers who was part of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.
Ravnik joined the tour in 2023 and remained part of it until 2024. He has also appeared in some of Swift’s music videos, including “The Fate of Ophelia,” “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart” and “Karma.”
Before that success, Ravnik once expressed his happiness after getting the chance to be part of the Eras Tour, saying he never imagined that a young man from a small town in Slovenia could go that far. Now, several years after moving to the U.S., Ravnik has added another important milestone to his life by becoming a homeowner—something he described as the result of a long journey full of work, dedication and challenges.
