Amal Clooney has disclosed her household policy for guests to protect her children's privacy.
The 47-year-old human rights attorney and her 64-year-old husband, George, are the parents of eight-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander, and they live in the English countryside.
In a recent interview, she shared that she has prohibited phones in her home to eliminate any 'intrusions' and to 'minimize any impact' on her children.
During a conversation with Glamour last week, alongside her close friend Charlotte Tilbury, she was inquired about how she preserves her privacy in an increasingly public world.
The mother of two responded: 'Creating private moments and spaces is becoming more challenging. That’s also why we host many gatherings at home. I now have a phone basket that I use to collect everyone’s phones!
'It’s crucial to find that balance where you can spend time alone with your family and friends, allowing for a safe and open exchange. I would say that becoming a parent makes you more concerned about certain intrusions.'Therefore, we do our utmost to minimize any impact on our children. We don’t showcase our children publicly; we’ve never shared their photos or anything of that sort.
