Luxury entrepreneur Micheal Awujoola said , he will sponsor 100 youths for digital future.

Luxury entrepreneur and philanthropist, Micheal Awujoola, popularly known as Malivelihood, has announced that the beneficiaries of the newly launched SkillUp Earn Up Program will be drawn specifically from Kogi and Oyo states.

‎The initiative, which sponsored 100 young people 50 from Oyo and 50 from Kogi in its debut edition, provides training in social media management, artificial intelligence, and content creation—skills designed to help participants tap into opportunities within the digital economy.

‎Malivelihood who has strong ties to both Kogi and Oyo State, explained that his choice of participants reflects both personal connection and a deliberate strategy to empower communities close to his heart. “I wanted this first wave to focus on where my story began Kogi and Oyo. These are states with incredibly talented young people, but many lack access to opportunities in the digital space. This program is about bridging that gap,” he said.

‎The SkillUp Earn Up Program will provide intensive training, mentorship, and certification for participants, equipping them to monetize digital platforms, build scalable businesses, and compete globally.

‎Community leaders in both states commended the initiative, describing it as a timely intervention that not only empowers youths but also contributes to regional development. Beneficiaries expressed excitement at the chance to build new career paths in technology and content creation.

The program will be implemented in structured phases, with participants receiving ongoing mentorship and support to ensure a lasting impact that extends beyond the classroom.
