Tanzania Breweries Limited (TBL) has won the ' People Category Award ' at the Business SDG Awards 2026, recognized for its efforts to place people at the heart of 'sustainable growth' through investments that benefit employees, farmers, traders and communities.
The award, presented by the Global Compact Network Tanzania, recognises companies that contribute to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through concrete action, with the ' People category' highlighting institutions that embed human wellbeing, decent work and inclusive development into their operations.
