Bongo Flava artist Nassib Abdul, famously known as Diamond Platnumz, and his wife Zuchu have revealed they are expecting a baby girl, after celebrating a special gender reveal party.

At the event, pink smoke and pink decorations dominated, confirming that the two are preparing to welcome a baby girl.
The news comes just days after the couple announced they were expecting their first child together, through maternity photos and ultrasound images they shared online.
The announcement has surprised many, coming just weeks after Zuchu stated that she and Diamond had broken up, which sparked a huge debate among their fans across East Africa.
The baby girl will be the first child for Zuchu, while she will be the fifth child for Diamond Platnumz, who already has children with Zari Hassan, Hamisa Mobetto, and Tanasha Donna.
Diamond and Zuchu got married in 2025 after being in a long-term on-and-off relationship, and they continue to be among the biggest Bongo Flava and East African music stars
